How It Works

Booking

Once you find your perfect package please fill out our booking request form. Each package lists everything included, but you're able to add or customize any package. Once you submit the request form please give us 24hr to review your request and confirm we can create your special day. Once confirmed you will recieve an email including your invoice, where you'll need to complete your payment. We accept payments through all major debit and credit cards. Once your payment is recieved your package is officially confirmed. We will be in touch if we need any further details from you, but otherwise sit back and relax knowing we're eagerly planning your special day!

Day Of+ After

Once your booking is confirmed you'll recieve an email reguarding your day of details. We will start at your confirmed start time. Decorating will take 2-3hr depending on your package. Feel free to text or email us at any time for room updates, or we will confirm with you once we're finished. Then enjoy your room! If you agreed to our complimentary clean up service, we will then provide that at the decided time.

Hotels/ Airbnb

If your package is for a hotel room, we ask that you arrange with the hotel upon check in to add one of our staff members as a guest. Please make sure you check into the hotel before we arrive, as we're unable to do so for you. We can also meet you there and you may let us into the room to avoid any difficulties. After completition we will leave the room key in your room. If you've booked our complimentary clean up service, please make sure you've returned that key to the hotel so we can come into the room again. Takedown will take 1hr, so if you plan to have our takedown service in the morning, make sure it is booked a minimum of 1hr before your checkout time. For airbnbs, same rules apply, and please invite us as a guest to your airbnb host, and inform us of their checkin process so we're able to come into the room. 

Policies

-Once we confirm your package and you pay your invoice, we do not offer any refunds.

-In order to reschedule we require 1 weeks notice prior to your original schedueled appointment. If we recieve less than 1 weeks notice to reschedule we may not be able to.

-After we send your invoice you have 48hr to pay, otherwise your booking will be cancelled and you will need to rebook.

-Once we arrive at the location we will wait up to 30min if there are any problems getting into your room. After 30min we have the right to cancel the appointment and you will be subjected to no refunds or you may reschedule for another date. If you're unsure at all about adding us as a guest or us getting in the room, please contact us before!

-Ruby's Rooms is not responsible for any extra hotel/ airbnb charges.

-If you book our takedown service we will clean and take down all decorations, we will not clean any other messes left behind.

-For the safety of our employees, we have the right to cancel any appointment due to unsafe location or any threats to our employees.
